New build painting on Silvergrass Way, Rolleston

A complete interior and exterior paint package for a brand-new single-storey home in Rolleston's growing Silvergrass Way subdivision.

Outside, the home has a dark, modern finish that sits cleanly against its natural brick.

Inside, the palette is calm and consistent: warm greige walls throughout, set against crisp white ceilings, so the open-plan living, dining and kitchen area flows as one space under its raked ceiling. In the bedrooms and hallway, vertical panelled feature walls add texture and frame the wall lights behind the beds.

On a new build, the finish is only as good as the prep. The new linings were sanded and primed before the top coats went on, and the panelled walls were brushed and rolled groove by groove to keep every line clean and even.
