These terms apply to your use of the Picture Perfect Painting website at pppainting.co.nz (the “Site”). “We”, “us” and “our” means Picture Perfect Painting (PP Painting). By using the Site you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the Site.

Information on this Site

We work to keep the information on the Site accurate and up to date, but it is general information only. Price guides, timeframes and product details are indicative and may change without notice. They are not a quote or an offer to do work.

Quotes and painting work

Requesting a quote through the Site does not create a contract. Any painting or decorating work is governed by the written quote or agreement we provide for that job, which sets out the scope, price and terms for the work.

Your consumer rights

Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993, the Fair Trading Act 1986 or any other law that cannot be excluded. Where you use our services for business purposes, the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 does not apply to the extent permitted by law.

Intellectual property

The content on the Site, including text, photos of our projects, logos and design, belongs to us or is used with permission. You may view and share it for personal, non-commercial purposes, but you may not copy, reproduce or use it commercially without our written permission.

Third-party services and links

The Site uses and links to services run by other companies, such as Google Maps, Google reviews and our customer relationship tools. We are not responsible for the content, availability or privacy practices of those services, and your use of them is subject to their own terms.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the Site or reliance on its content, including loss caused by errors, interruptions or viruses.

These terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand, and the New Zealand courts have jurisdiction over any dispute about them.
